Ingredients:
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz rum
- 1 oz blue curacao
- 1/2 oz Chambord
Preparation:
- Pour the vodka, rum and blue curacao into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Slowly pour the Chambord over the back of a bar spoon so it floats on top.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces brandy
- 1 1/2 ounces anisette
- 1 egg white
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounce bourbon whiskey
- 1 1/2 ounce apricot brandy
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Orange slice and cherry for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a skewered orange slice and cherry flag.
