On Saturday October 8, 2011 "Uno Chicago Grill" in Metuchen, NJ will be hosting it's annual Cask Festival. Cask Ale refers to unfiltered and unpasteurized beer that is fermented and served from the cask with out additional carbon dioxide pressure. Meaning it is matured in the container it will be dispensed it.
This is currently the only location of "Uno" that house a brewpub, where they brew the following beers:
1 - Brown Ale
2- Coffee Stout
3- Hefeweizen
4- Ike's IPA
5- Oatmeal Stout
6- Oktoberfest
7- Rye Beer
8- Wee Heavy
In addition to serving the beers mentioned above, the festival will showcase beers from other NJ, NY and PA breweries. Including Yards, Weyebacher, Climax and Riverhorse.The festival starts at 11:30 am and all beers are pay as you go.
