Recipe - Lets throw some Punches!
Brandy Milk Punch
(rocks glass with ice)
2 ounces whole milk
1 1/2 ounces brandy
1/2 ounce simple syrup
4 drops vanilla extract
Pinch of nutmeg.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients, except nutmeg.
Shake well and strain into rocks glass.
Garnish with nutmeg.
Ti Punch
(rocks glass)
1 lime disk - 1/4 inch thick
1 tsp cane syrup
1 cup crushed ice
2 ounces white rhum agricole (West Indian rum)
Working over the rocks glass squeeze the lime to coat the glass.
Add the lime, cane syrup, and half the crushed ice.
Stir with swizzle stick or bar spoon.
Add the rhum agricole and remaining ice. Stir again.
Philadelphia Fish House Punch
1732 * Philadelphia's Schuylkill Fishing Club began every meeting with a bowl of this punch.

3/4 ounce dark rum
3/4 ounce Cognac
3/4 ounce peach brandy
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 lime slice and 1 maraschino cherry
Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add all ingredients, shake well.
Strain into rocks glass.
Garnish with lime and cherry.
