Bumblebee
(Collins glass with ice)
2 ounces amber rum
1 ounce Grand Marnier
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
2 ounces chilled ginger beer
1 lime wheel
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum,
Grand Marnier and lime juice and shake.
Strain into Collins glass; stir in ginger beer.
Garnish with lime wheel.

Honey Bee
(cocktail glass)
A little bit of honey in every sip.
1/2 ounce honey
2 1/2 ounces dark rum
1/2 ounce lemon juice
Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add honey, rum and lemon juice.
Shake, strain into cocktail glass.

Stinger
(cocktail glass)
1 1/2 ounces brandy
1/2 ounce white creme de menthe
Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add brandy and creme de menthe.
Stir, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
